The following application is being made in compliance with the City of Spring Grove Ordinance Chapter 710, Section “C” (2) which allows a person to operate a recreational vehicle or Special Usage Vehicle in the city limits within the City of Spring Grove, MN, when issued a valid permit to do so by the City of Spring Grove. This permit maybe revoked by the City of Spring Grove for due cause, when it is believed the permit holder is using the permit in violation of state law or city ordinance. The permit may also be revoked if any information on the application is deemed to be fraudulent or not in effect.
